Account and authentication. If you sign in, we may process identifiers and profile information through our authentication provider (for example, Supabase) as needed to operate accounts and protect access.

Extension and product usage. The Charply browser extension operates in your browser and may send content you choose to submit (for example, post context used to generate replies) to our backend to provide features described in the product. We design flows to minimize sensitive logging; nevertheless, you should avoid pasting highly sensitive personal data you do not want processed by our systems.

Billing. If you purchase a paid plan, payment processing may be handled by a third-party processor (Polar). We typically receive limited billing metadata rather than full card numbers.

Website and diagnostics. We may collect standard technical data such as device type, browser version, approximate region, and interaction events to secure the Services, fix bugs, and understand aggregate usage.

2. How we use information

Charply uses necessary first-party storage to keep signed-in dashboard sessions working. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, diagnose problems, and improve the Services. Optional analytics remain disabled until you accept them. Rejecting optional analytics does not affect account or extension features.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser so we can remember it. You can withdraw or change that choice at any time; doing so reopens the cookie banner and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this site.

7. International transfers

We may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
